Reflective and educational only
CVq™ is a reflective, educational assessment. It is not diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, a measure of worth, a performance evaluation, or a substitute for mental-health, medical, legal, safety, or organizational support. Results reflect self-reported perceptions at one point in time.
Not a substitute for professional support

Interpreting your results
CVq™ results describe self-reported perceptions at one point in time. They are a mirror for reflection, not a measuring stick, a performance evaluation, or a statement about your worth or ability. Results should be considered in the context of your current season and circumstances.
Organizational use
The CVq™ is not designed or licensed for hiring, promotion, performance management, or any employment decision. Organizational use requires written permission and must preserve its reflective, educational purpose.
