A mirror for your alignment. Not a measuring stick.

Find Where Your Values and Life Are Aligned, and Where Drift May Be Quietly Building

Take the 15-question CVq™ Core Values Alignment Assessment to see where your lived choices reflect your stated core values, where strain may be present, and where realignment may be needed next.

Your CVq™ score is not a score of your worth. It is not a permanent label, a shame tool, or a measuring stick. It is a point-in-time mirror designed to show where you are right now, so you can make an informed decision about what to do next.

Before you begin

Answer each statement based on what is true right now, not what you wish were true and not what may have been true in a previous season. Rate yourself honestly, not aspirationally and not harshly. This assessment reflects a point in time. You can return to it as life, leadership, pressure, relationships, responsibilities, and seasons change.

Important disclaimer

CVq™ is a reflective, educational assessment. It is not diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, a measure of worth, a performance evaluation, or a substitute for mental-health, medical, legal, safety, or organizational support. Results reflect self-reported perceptions at one point in time.

The assessment

Respond With What Is True Right Now

Rate each statement from 1 to 5. Select the response that best describes what is true in your current season.

Rating scale

  • 1 = Not yet. This is not where I am right now.
  • 2 = Rarely. There are moments, but they do not hold.
  • 3 = Sometimes. I am building this, but it is not consistent.
  • 4 = Often. This is generally true, with real exceptions.
  • 5 = This is me. This describes how I actually live right now.
