Refund and cancellation terms for digital programs, live engagements, and organizational work.
Digital programs and courses
Refund eligibility for a digital program or course is governed by the terms shown at checkout. If a refund is approved, access to the related digital content and materials may be removed.
Live engagements and speaking
Deposits, cancellation windows, rescheduling terms, travel costs, and circumstances outside either party’s control are set out in the written agreement for each live engagement or speaking event.
Coaching and strategy engagements
Cancellation, rescheduling, and unused-session terms for coaching and strategy engagements are provided in the applicable service agreement or booking confirmation.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. We will review the request against the terms that applied when the purchase was made.
